The Minnesota Elementary School Principals’ Association (MESPA) named Nicki Magaard, assistant principal at Wilson Elementary School in Anoka, Minnesota’s recipient of the National Outstanding Assistant Principal Award from the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP).
