Title I
Support at Wilson - Title I information
The following information is a jointly developed agreement that explains how family members and teachers will work together to make sure all of our students get the support they need to reach and exceed grade level standards. The families and staff at Wilson Elementary annually discuss, review, and revise this information. Your student’s needs, progress, and achievements will be shared at fall and winter conferences. For more information about this agreement, contact your student’s teacher.
2025-26 school year information
Title I School Improvement Strategies
Wilson Elementary is a Title I Schoolwide building that receives funding to support our students’ academic needs. We have selected these goals to help all students:
- Student achievement in reading
- Student achievement in math
- Safe and welcoming environment and student engagement
Progress on these school efforts will be reported to families twice a year at PTCO meetings.
School Supports for Success
(In the Classroom)
We will:
- Deliver strong Tier I and Tier II instruction, and monitor student progress to move all students towards proficiency.
- Use research based classroom management strategies to increase engagement, allow for maximum instructional time, and preserve and build relationships with students.
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students
Family Supports for Success
(At Home)
- Support consistent school attendance for your child.
- Explore, learn, and grow with your child by having conversations about what they are learning in school.
- Communicate needs and concerns regularly with your child’s teacher.
- Share ideas, ask questions, and be involved at Wilson. You can attend events and PTCO meetings, and volunteer

- Our school will send out Wilson monthly E-newsletters. It can be translated into other languages.

- Your student’s report card
